With the new “Chatino,” we’re introducing a smart assistant to help you on our Organizer Page and right here on our event organizer blog. Soon, it will also assist you in the Organizer Cockpit and support your customers in the ticket shop!

“Chatino” combines knowledge from our blogs, the organizer website, the FAQ modules for organizers and ticket buyers, the developer website, a variety of guides, and many other sources. It also has access to event information from the TICKETINO ticket shop as well as the end-customer blog “Eventnews,” enabling it to answer a wide range of ticket buyer questions.
You can start using it right away. You can, for example, find it here on the blog in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Thanks to linked sources, the accuracy of its answers can always be verified.

The chatbot will then hopefully provide you with a useful answer, including sources, and, if available, additional documents for download.
For the example question above, it draws on content from our blog posts, such as the article “The New TICKETINO Box Office.” Additionally, it suggests the box office software guide for download.
Thanks to access to publicly available data in the TICKETINO ticket shop and the end-customer blog, “Chatino” can also answer questions about events.
Since “Chatino” has also integrated the FAQ module and has been trained with support responses, it can assist your customers 24/7 free of charge.
