Common Social Media Platforms
Do you want to market your events successfully? Then there’s hardly anything more important than maintaining your customer base! You’ve always had access to your customer data via your ticket list and were allowed to use it for marketing purposes within the applicable legal framework.
From now on, with the “Customers” module, you also have access to a simple CRM where you can edit your customer data. To do this, go to “Customers” in your Cockpit.

Select a customer and open the record by clicking on the small pencil icon. You will now enter the contact record, where you can edit and add information. Additionally, you can add notes and assign tags, which will allow you to group the contacts later.

Of particular interest may be the Excel file that you can download. It provides a convenient summary of your customer data, with the number of orders and total revenue being especially noteworthy.

Using the sorting function, you can now organize your ticket buyers by total revenue, number of orders, etc., allowing you to identify your regular customers.
The possibilities for your event marketing are numerous. For example, you can thank your most important customers with a promo code for their loyalty or give them special attention in your mailing campaigns.
Did you know? If this simple CRM is not enough, you can also connect a professional one via webhooks.
