In addition to professional hardware for entry control, event organizers have relied for years on the easy-to-use and intuitive TICKETINO ScanApp. It is the first choice for small to medium-sized events of up to around 500 attendees. With version 3, the ScanApp has been completely reprogrammed and is now ready for use.

The Android version is designed for operating systems from Android 5.0 (API Level 21 – Lollipop) onward.
If you want to use the ScanApp on an older device, please send a request to info@ticketino.com. Please note that in ScanApp V2, features such as multiple scans, exit scans, or scan statistics in the Cockpit either do not work or do not function reliably. We therefore strongly advise against continuing to use ScanApp V2.
New features of the ScanApp include:
Expanded User Management
Similar to the Cockpit, the ScanApp is now multi-user capable. Simply assign permissions for your events to external accounts via the Cockpit, allowing them to scan your tickets without sharing your login credentials. Further information on user management can be found here.
Event Search Within a Defined Date Range
You can now define the date range for selecting events yourself. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the app weeks before the event and test it in advance at a live event.
Advanced Scan Settings
At the ticket level, you can now configure advanced scan settings supported by ScanApp V3. Define whether a ticket can be scanned once, once per day, or an unlimited number of times. The new exit scan feature may also be of interest, as it revalidates the ticket and shows how many people are currently at the event.
New Statistics Module
There are also updates in the statistics section. Access your event data directly via the ScanApp and stay informed on-site about entries, exits, and the number of attendees. Additionally, the new “Scan Statistics” module in the Cockpit provides valuable data, charts, and export options if needed.
