In response to the new data protection law, various event organizers have taken a closer look at the topic and created their own terms and conditions or privacy statements.
There has been an increasing demand for ticket buyers to be able to view these documents during the ordering process and to accept them before completing the purchase. For this reason, you can now upload these files in PDF format at the event details level.
To do this, open the bottom tab “Additional Settings” on the first page of the event configuration in your TICKETINO Cockpit. Under “Terms of Service,” you will see an orange plus sign. Click on it to select and upload your file.
Then save your event details page.
At checkout in the ticket shop, a download link to your terms and conditions will now appear.
