The TICKETINO Cockpit offers, in addition to webhooks, a selection of direct connections for newsletter tools, CRM systems, and much more. You can find these under the “Apps” menu in your organizer cockpit.
For your event marketing, the newsletter apps are particularly interesting. Once set up, your ticket buyer data is imported or updated with every order through the TICKETINO online shop. This keeps your newsletter distribution list always up to date and eliminates the tedious task of exporting ticket buyer data from the cockpit and uploading it to your newsletter tool.
Here you’ll find step-by-step instructions for connecting Brevo or Mailchimp. Please note that, depending on the newsletter tool, API functionality may not be available in the free version.
