Unlimited Multiple Scans & Manual Confirmation

If your tickets should grant unlimited entry for staff and helpers, you can easily define this. It is advisable to select the additional option “Entry must be manually confirmed at the entrance” and personalize the tickets.

ID checks ensure that multiple people cannot gain entry using copies of a single ticket.

Event Search Within a Defined Date Range

You can now define the date range for selecting events yourself. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the app weeks before the event and test it in advance at a live event.

One Scan Per Day

Are you planning a multi-day trade fair and want to offer a pass that grants the holder one entry per day? You can simply select the option “The ticket is valid for one entry per day.” Please note that this option is less suitable for festivals where the venue is not cleared overnight!

Entry and Exit Scan

By enabling the “Allow Exit Scans” setting, the corresponding ticket can be revalidated by the scanner. This is useful if your guests are allowed to leave the venue and re-enter later.

This feature also allows you to keep track of the number of visitors on-site, as long as you consistently scan tickets in and out.

Scans for Multiple Events

By enabling the setting “The ticket is valid for its event and for a list of other events,” you can make the ticket valid for additional events. This can be useful, for example, for subscription events without assigned seating. Simply enter the EID of the other events for which the ticket should be valid. The EID is the number at the end of the link to the respective event detail page:
