The Application Programming Interface (API) is an application programming interface through which information can be transferred to or from the TICKETINO system. This results in a variety of application possibilities, such as the connection of self-programmed custom ticket shops or day ticket systems.
Webhooks
Webhooks are used for communication between servers when a certain event has occurred. This can be, for example, a created event, an entrance scan or a received ticket order. A possible application example would be the transmission of ticket purchaser data to a newsletter programme or CRM system, in combination with a workflow that sends a customised welcome email.
